Fun fact: This apple tea was first named for Amelia's great-aunt Mae, who taught her how to make it herself. It is a family favourite when they have their renowned get-togethers.

The light brew is a terrific beverage to have first thing in the morning because it contains organic ingredients like ginger and turmeric that have immune-boosting qualities.
